Car Parking
There is ample car parking on-site for Convention delegates and visitors. Car park attendants will direct you on arrival. Please use the entrance from Grand Avenue (eastern extension of Hassel Street, or turn east from James Ruse Drive). There will be no cost for parking at Rosehill Gardens.
Flights
If you are a pastor delegate appointed by your District to attend General Convention:
You are eligible to have your flights for General Pastors Conference (Hahndorf SA) and General Convention (Sydney NSW) paid for by the LCA and you are required to use the FCM service. No flight-cost reimbursements will be made to you except in extraordinary circumstances. It is assumed that you will choose the most cost-effective fare for your travel from the flights available on the day that you book. Please make your bookings as soon as possible. Your name has been registered with FCM and the team are ready and waiting for your call. Their phone number is 1800 458 949. If you have a logon, you are welcome to use that (noting that their login procedures have recently been updated FCM service).
Your accommodation, meals and ground transport are your own or your parish’s responsibility.
If you are attending General Pastors Conference but are not a delegate to General Convention:
Your flights, accommodation, meals and ground transport are your own or your parish’s responsibility. You are welcome to use the FCM portal to make these arrangements, and you will need to provide a credit card for payment. Either call them on 1800 458949 or use your FCM login FCM service.

For best prices on any accommodation in Rosehill or Parramatta, use a price comparison website, such as Trivago, Wotif, Booking.com and Expedia. Accommodation rates can change daily; they are not necessarily cheaper if you book early, nor can we all rely on landing a ‘last minute’ deal. We suggest you check early and monitor rates for while (a few weeks) so that you might be able to pick up a better deal.
